Tony Peraica is the principal and founder of Anthony J. Peraica & Associates.

A true American success story, Tony was born in Croatia in 1957, and was orphaned at the age of 11. He came to the United States when he was 13. He attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he earned his B.A., and went on to earn his law degree from the John Marshall Law School. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1984.

Tony has been practicing law in Illinois since 1984. He has tried cases in federal, state, bankruptcy, civil and criminal courts. Tony has extensive experience in administrative proceeding before federal and state agencies.

Tony has served on the Cook County Board of Commissioners (2002-10). He has also served in numerous elected and appointed state agency positions such as Illinois Department of Professional Regulation, School board, mental health commissions, and others. Tony also served as a Special Appellate Prosecutor, Special Assistant Attorney General and an arbitrator with the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Department.

James Vallar

James Vallar has over twenty-five years of experience in general practice and currently concentrates heavily in Personal Injury and Social Security Disability and Insurance law. He was the lead attorney in a personal injury case that settled for $1.4 million. Mr. Vallar earned his B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University of Chicago and earned his J.D. from Loyola University Law School. Mr. Vallar is proud to be a fourth degree Knight of Columbus and has served as Council Advocate. Mr. Vallar is member of the Justinian Society of Lawyers, has served as a congressional aide to Congressman William Lipinski and also currently serves as an arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County.

Stephen F. Boulton brings over thirty years of experience in trial, arbitration, administrative and appellate forums. Mr. Boulton’s knowledge spans a wide variety of fields including: corporate and commercial litigation, employment, securities, personal injury, probate and real estate. Mr. Boulton is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Case Western Reserve School of Law, and is licensed in the states of Illinois and Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits. Beyond many victories in the trial court, Mr. Boulton has won appeals within the Federal Courts of Appeal, the Illinois Appellate Court, and the Illinois Supreme Court. Steve also holds extensive experience in commercial and corporate transactional matters, from corporate formation and operation, to buy-sell agreements, transactions, and employee contracts. Mr. Boulton’s broad range of litigation and transactional experiences complement and strengthen each other across the various fields of law.

Tim Sprague

Tim Sprague acquired his Bachelors degree from Eastern Illinois University in 1999, and his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis College of Law in 2002. Mr. Sprague brings years of experience in personal injury, social-security, and real-estate law to the team.

In addition to his work as an attorney, Mr. Sprague has been a Lyons Township Trustee since 2005, and also serves as a Trustee on the Lyons Township Mental Health Board.

Jennifer M. Hill

Jennifer M. Hill received her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School and her B.A. from DePaul University.

Ms. Hill is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois Bar Association. She has experience representing parties in civil litigation and previously investigated Post-Shakman Relief Order complaints. Ms. Hill has practiced in different areas of law, including personal injury, employment discrimination and contract disputes.

NaVarrio Wilkerson has received multiple degrees from Michigan State University and earned his J.D. from Wayne State University. He also has international study and work experience in China. While at Wayne State University he clerked for the Michigan Tax Tribunal and worked with local nonprofit entities to develop 501(c)(3) status. Mr. Wilkerson is licensed to practice in the state of Illinois. His experience has been rooted in settlement negations and business issues. Mr. Wilkerson has expanded to practice in areas of foreclosure and personal injury.

Joseph P. DiPasquale

Joseph P. DiPasquale earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University at Buffalo in 2004 and his Juris Doctor degree at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2012. Mr. DiPasquale is licensed to practice law in the States of Illinois and Ohio, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. DiPasquale has practiced in multiple areas of civil law, including personal injury, professional negligence, employment, and bankruptcy.
