Anthony J. Peraica
Attorney
A true American success story, Tony was born in Croatia in 1957, and was orphaned at the age of 11. He came to the United States when he was 13. He attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he earned his B.A., and went on to earn his law degree from the John Marshall Law School. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1984.
Tony has been practicing law in Illinois since 1984. He has tried cases in federal, state, bankruptcy, civil and criminal courts. Tony has extensive experience in administrative proceeding before federal and state agencies.
Tony has served on the Cook County Board of Commissioners (2002-10). He has also served in numerous elected and appointed state agency positions such as Illinois Department of Professional Regulation, School board, mental health commissions, and others. Tony also served as a Special Appellate Prosecutor, Special Assistant Attorney General and an arbitrator with the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Department.

Stephen F. Boulton
Attorney
Stephen F. Boulton brings over thirty years of experience in trial, arbitration, administrative and appellate forums. Mr. Boulton’s knowledge spans a wide variety of fields including: corporate and commercial litigation, employment, securities, personal injury, probate and real estate. Mr. Boulton is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Case Western Reserve School of Law, and is licensed in the states of Illinois and Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits. Beyond many victories in the trial court, Mr. Boulton has won appeals within the Federal Courts of Appeal, the Illinois Appellate Court, and the Illinois Supreme Court. Steve also holds extensive experience in commercial and corporate transactional matters, from corporate formation and operation, to buy-sell agreements, transactions, and employee contracts. Mr. Boulton’s broad range of litigation and transactional experiences complement and strengthen each other across the various fields of law.

Tim Sprague
Attorney
In addition to his work as an attorney, Mr. Sprague has been a Lyons Township Trustee since 2005, and also serves as a Trustee on the Lyons Township Mental Health Board.

Joseph P. DiPasquale
Attorney
Joseph P. DiPasquale earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University at Buffalo in 2004 and his Juris Doctor degree at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2012. Mr. DiPasquale is licensed to practice law in the States of Illinois and Ohio, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. DiPasquale has practiced in multiple areas of civil law, including personal injury, professional negligence, employment, and bankruptcy.

Meanith Huon
Attorney
Meanith Huon earned his Bachelor’s degree at Grinnell College in 1993 and his Juris Doctor degree at Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1996. Mr. Huon is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, and is admitted to practice in the United State District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Central District of Illinois, and the Southern District of Illinois. Mr. Huon is a member of the Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Huon is admitted to practice in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Huon has tried first chair jury trials in Illinois state courts. He has handled matters involving personal injury, commercial litigation, family law, immigration, criminal defense.
